Die japanisch anmutenden Beistelltische sind filigran, sehr leicht und erstaunlich stabil. Dabei sind sie mehr Typologie als spezifisches Design. Das Konstruktionsprinzip ist eine Blaupause für viele vorstellbare Varianten. Dünnes Sperrholz, durch Leisten verbunden, bildet einen geschlossenen Korpus. Die entstandene Form wird durch die Tischplatte fixiert.

More a typology than a specific design. This construction principle is a blue print for numerous models. Plywood and wooden strips building a closed corpus. The form is fixed by the tabletop. A japanese impression, filigree and light but very stable.
